Broke 200 calories for the first time today due largely to the fat in two burgers

After a week of acclimatising, moderate workouts, I plan to ramp things up a little from this week on.

When people ask me about running, I always tell them not to go out after a meal. So what did I do immediately after my dinner this evening? That’s right, I went out for a run :-O It meant I had to curtail my anticipated 4 mile run; I ended up running for 2 1/2 miles and then walking 1 1/2 miles. After about a mile, I got quite tired and was knocked out of my stride, probably because my body was working on my dinner! Another hot night too, still in the mid-80s when I went out around 8:30-ish.
2 mile run, 2 mile brisk walk. It was hot! In the 90s. Had planned a 4 mile run but forgot my water and didn’t want to push my luck in the heat.
Back down around 1800 today with 1779 calories in total as follows: 19g fat, 254g carbs, 148g protein
Four mile brisk walk today.
